Refunds can only be accepted if the claim takes place within 30 calendar days of when the item(s) arrive. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item we will inspect it and then process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during your purchase. Please note credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.
We cannot accept refunds on products that are damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed.
